EXCHANGE & RETURN
Your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Yoga Hero. If something doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can of course return your order.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, simply send us a short, clear message (e.g. by email) to support@yoga-hero.com .
After you have informed us, please return the goods to us within 14 days. It is sufficient if you send the return shipment before the end of this period.
Here's how your return process works:
1. Cancellation via email
Please send us an email to support@yoga-hero.com within 14 days of receiving your goods with:
- your order number
- the notification that you wish to withdraw from the purchase
This allows us to check your return in advance and help you with any questions.
2. Fill out the return form
Download our returns form:
Please fill out the form completely and be sure to include it with your return. Without the form, we cannot clearly identify your return, which may lead to processing delays.
3. Pack the item securely
The items must be returned unused/unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .
For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of used yoga mats or worn yoga clothing. Trying them on is of course fine – just like you would in a store.
Pack the goods in such a way that they remain undamaged on the return journey.
4. Returns
Shipment tracking: Make sure your shipment has tracking in case a package gets lost.
Return shipping costs: You are usually responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if something was delivered incorrectly or the goods arrive damaged, we will of course take care of the costs.
Items that cannot be returned: Please note: B-stock items are excluded from exchange – but of course they are already reduced in price.
