As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number. You can use the included link to view the current status of your delivery at any time. If you can't find the email, please also check your spam folder.

You can change your order as long as it hasn't been handed over to our shipping service provider yet. Please contact us as soon as possible by email at hello@yoga-hero.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

We completely understand—we sometimes change our minds too! Unfortunately, due to our automated shipping process, it's not possible to change or cancel orders afterward. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse and processed immediately. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with all your order details to the email address you provided. This email should arrive within a few minutes of your purchase. If you don't find the confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder, as it may have been redirected there.

Of course, companies are welcome to order from us! During the ordering process, you have the option to enter your company name in the designated field. The ordering process otherwise remains unchanged.

If your VAT identification number (VAT ID number) is required on the invoice, you can enter it in the company name field, either separated by a space or in parentheses. For example: My Company GmbH (VAT ID No. DE123456789).

Please note that prices for orders within the European Union continue to include value-added tax (VAT). We currently do not offer the option to purchase VAT-free products for business customers. However, you can reclaim the VAT after purchase as part of your normal accounting processes.

We understand that missing out on a sale can be disappointing. We strive to clearly communicate the start and end dates of our offers so our customers have the opportunity to take advantage of the reduced prices. Unfortunately, once a sale ends, we are no longer able to offer the items at the discounted price.

To avoid missing out on future sales, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter. This way, you'll always be informed about upcoming and ongoing promotions and other offers. With a subscription, you'll stay up to date and can plan your purchases perfectly to take advantage of our discounts.

We offer worldwide shipping with a few exceptions. If your country isn't available during checkout, unfortunately, it means we're currently unable to ship there. However, please feel free to contact us directly – our team will work to find possible delivery solutions for you.

We offer shipping with Packeta and, in Germany, also with Hermes.

• Germany, Austria: 2-3 working days
• Switzerland: 5 working days
• Other EU countries: 3–5 working days
• Non-EU countries: Up to 10 working days, depending on the destination country.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code.

To receive up-to-date information about your package, please visit the relevant tracking page of the shipping service provider.

The consumer has the right to notify the company (email: hello@yoga-hero.com ) of their withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide a reason for their decision. The withdrawal must be worded clearly and unambiguously.

The only costs incurred by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal are the costs of returning the goods (which will be calculated according to the price list of the shipping service provider).

The goods, including the completed cancellation form, must be returned to the following address no later than 14 days after notification of the cancellation:

You have 14 days from receipt of the goods to return any items with which you are not completely satisfied.

Returned items must be in their original condition – unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Please note: Refunds will be credited directly to the original payment method(s) used for purchase. If multiple payment methods were used, the amount will be split accordingly. For payments made with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to that card. Refunds may not appear immediately; please allow a few days for processing.
