Your Satisfaction Matters

We want you to be completely happy with your Yoga Hero purchase. If something doesn’t fit or you just don’t like it, you can of course return your order.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yoga Hero, Gustav-Meyrink-Str. 13a, 82319 Starnberg, Germany, email: support@yoga-hero.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

How to return your order

1) Send your withdrawal by email

Please email us within 14 days of receiving your goods at support@yoga-hero.com with:

your order number
a note that you wish to withdraw from the purchase

This lets us pre-check your return and help with any questions.

2) Fill out the return form

Please complete it in full and include it inside your return parcel. Without the form we can’t match your return clearly, which may delay processing.

3) Pack items securely

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept used yoga mats or worn yoga apparel. Trying on (as you would in a store) is of course allowed.

Please pack the goods so they won’t be damaged in transit.

4) Ship with tracking

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. If we delivered the wrong item or the goods arrived damaged, we will of course cover the costs.

Please note: our B-stock items are excluded from exchange/returns.
